UK Orders
Customers in the United Kingdom may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

U.S. Orders
We currently do not accept physical returns for U.S. orders on low-value items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for U.S. orders.
